Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 October 2026

This policy explains what groX collects when you use the extension, the Telegram bot, or groxai.xyz. We do not sell personal data.

Account data

What the extension sends

To write a reply, the extension sends the post text, and for replies on your own posts the comment text, to our server. It also sends your persona settings: tone, length, language, and emoji preference. We store recent reply text so the next reply is not a duplicate, plus a short log of what was posted, liked, skipped, or failed.

That post text is also sent to the AI provider configured for your account, only to generate the reply. Do not use groX on posts you are not willing to send to that provider.

Payments

The bot stores the order amount, chain, status, coupon if you used one, payer email, and the transaction hash when a payment is matched. We do not collect card numbers or your wallet seed.

Support and diagnostics

We keep operational logs: extension version, model used, errors, and timing. Admins can see these to fix failed replies and payments. We do not use them to advertise to you.

Website

groxai.xyz is a static site. It loads fonts from Google and the public price list from our API. It does not ask you to create an account.

How long we keep it

Account, credit, and payment records stay while the account exists. Reply and error logs are kept so we can debug and avoid duplicate replies. You can ask us to delete your account and associated records.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run groX: our database host, the AI provider that generates the reply, Telegram for the bot, and the email provider that sends verification codes and receipts. We do not sell or rent your data.

Your choices

You can stop the extension, log out, or ask @groxsupport to close the account. Closing the account stops new generation. A crypto payment already sent cannot be pulled back on-chain.
